Hence if this PPPA thing is announced to to be applicable to online media with immediate effect, and if you suddenly see the "Forbidden" sign instead of this blog on this domain name, then it means that I have activated the shield generators. I doubt our dear boys at the Internal Ministry will be able to break into the shield generators.
